Driven by the want for more parties at the intersection of the emerging and established film industries during Berlinale, partners created a space for self-creation. Developed and led by Claire French, SCREENERS, saw a a film rendition of the open mic format, playing host to an open screen for filmmakers to bring their film along and show it. Between the Screeners were shorts programmed by Raindance and NISI MASA. Later, the event played techno DJs in the former indoor-pool location of Prince Charles, Berlin.
