Decolonising Facilitator Training: Voice messages from the South African day to the Australian night

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with performance practitioner Sibusiso Mkhize since the beginning of the year as part of my postdoctoral research Decolonising language ideologies in the body at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. This is a multilingual practice-as-research project supported by an Arts Research Africa and the Mellon Foundation and mentored by Professor Samuel Ravengai.

Having recently completed the first stage of this research, we presented to the School of Arts about the challenges and decolonising possibilities in teaching and learning across borders.
